1) By submitting the intake form, we will review the information and contact you to get additional details and to set up a "Meet & Greet", which is required before a booking is accepted. We will also activate your client account in our pet sitting software (Time to Pet).
3) Fueled by Fur Pet Care uses "Time to Pet" for all services. You will get regular updates after each visit with photos and a written report, and GPS tracking.
2) After a successful meeting, we will collect keys if applicable will then be required make a payment to secure your booking.
4) You may access your account online or through downloading the app (recommended). This will streamline services by allowing you to make payments, request future services, instant message, and so much more!
