our services
We provide a wide range of services designed to ensure a fun and nurturing experience for your pets. Choose from services such as; drop-in visits, overnight stays, or a simple walk! For more tailored care, you can add-on other supplemental services to any of our main offerings or mix and match for even more customization. Please review our Policies & Procedures page for more detailed information.
All services are completed in the following time blocks unless otherwise specified:
Morning: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Midday: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Late Afternoon: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Evening: 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM
All services include basic home and pet care tasks (i.e. bringing in mail, alternating lights/blinds, taking trash/recycling down, medicating, watering plants, etc.). Walks can also be included if desired. Please keep in mind that the walk time may be shortened to allow other home care and pet care tasks to be completed within the booked visit time.
drop-in visits
30 min - $35
45 Min - $40
This service is great for quick, or longer visits to check-in on your pet(s) while you're at work or away for an extended period of time.
Dogs require at least 3 visits a day (except when booking any overnight service).
Please note that if walks are wanted during a drop-in, walk times may be shortened to allow other home care and pet care tasks to be completed.
Walkies & Express visits
20 min - $25
Walkies are great for giving your dog exercise and enrichment during work days! Express visits are perfect for giving some love and attention to the pets who may not need as long of a visit.
Walkies: This service is for walks only. Includes a walk, water refresh and feeding (if applicable). Does NOT include any additional services.
Express Visit: Only for cats, birds, pocket pets (hamsters, gerbils, etc.), or other cage/tank animals (lizards, snakes, bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.). Dogs not eligible for "Express Visit".
extended visit
1 hr - $50
Extended visits can be completed back to back in a customizable format or as a single drop-in visit for pets who enjoy a little more time.
Almost overnight
2.5 hrs - $90
If your pet is needing the extra care or if you just want to spoil them without an actual sleepover, this service is for you! Your pet will enjoy 2-hours of pampering care from about 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and tuck-in for the night. We will check in with an included 30-minute visit the following morning.
Add-on one or two additional visits to create your own complete care package.
Overnight care
Overnight care is for the pets that cannot be left alone overnight or to be spoiled with a slumber party! Available on a limited basis and must be booked a minimum of 1-week in advance.
Basic overnight
10 hrs - $180
Overnight care from 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Upgraded overnight
10.75 hrs - $195
Basic Overnight plus:
a 45-minute drop in visit during a time block of your choosing (i.e. midday or late afternoon)
Ultimate overnight
11.5 hrs - $210
Upgraded Overnight plus:
an additional 45-minute visit
This overnight upgrade is a full coverage option with the overnight care from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM and a 45-minute visit during the midday and late afternoon time blocks.

Disclaimer: these are not professional grooming services. These services do not replace the need to book with a professional groomer and are only intended as a convenience for basic pet hygiene and comfort when in-between grooming appointments.
Pet Taxi - One-Way
$25 / up to 10 miles
Not able to get your pet to their appointment? No problem.
Each additional mile over 10 miles is $1/mile. Additional $12/hour (1-hour minimum) to remain with pet(s) during their appointment.
+ Visit/Walk Time
$15 / 10 minutes
Time is added in 10-minute increments at $15 each. May be charged if pet care takes longer than the included service duration or for excessive cleanup of pet messes (typically in households with multiple pets).
Pet Taxi - Roundtrip
$40 / up to 10 miles
If you are unable to get your pet to and from their appointment, this is a great option for you!
Each additional mile over 10 miles is $1/mile. Additional $12/hour (1-hour minimum) to remain with pet(s) during their appointment.
Bathing
$30 / per pet
Nobody wants to come home to "stinky" family members. Consider this add-on to get your pet "squeaky-clean".
Baths are given in your own home, unless otherwise specified. May be subject to an additional charge.
Holiday Fee
25% / service
If you schedule a service to be completed on a major holiday, there will be a 25% surcharge for the booked service(s).
Does not apply to "add-ons".
